Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Software Support Specialist in Denver to provide technical assistance and expert troubleshooting for our partners. You’ll handle incident and repair cases, offer on-site support, and contribute to knowledge sharing while collaborating with internal teams.

You will participate in on-call rotations and pursue continuous learning, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and proactive problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software technical support or SaaS application support.
• Experience troubleshooting web-based applications, cloud platforms, or software products.
• Familiarity with scripting and log analysis; knowledge of network issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incident, spare part, warranty, delivery quality and robot repair cases.
• Provide on-site support to partners and trade shows as needed.
• Attend weekly Technical Support Specialist meetings and contribute insights.
• Meet personal and team KPIs to ensure efficient support delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge base with troubleshooting articles; create training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D and others to ensure readiness for service and support.
