Job summary
AutoStore™ is seeking a Software Support Specialist in Denver to deliver expert technical assistance to partners, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolutions across modules. You’ll provide on-site support and travel as needed, collaborating with Sales, R&D, and service teams to maintain high partner satisfaction.
The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, knowledge sharing, and KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software technical support or SaaS application support.
- Experience troubleshooting web-based applications, cloud platforms, or software products.
- Familiarity with scripting and log analysis.
- Experience troubleshooting network issues.
- Knowledge of analytics tools for KPI tracking.
- Experience using AI to build solutions that improve efficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incident, spare part, warranty, delivery quality, and robot repair cases.
- Provide on-site support to partners and trade shows as needed.
- Attend weekly Technical Support Specialist/TSS Lead meetings.
- Proactively meet personal and team KPIs for efficient support delivery.
- Contribute to the knowledge base with troubleshooting articles.
