Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team. You will be on the front lines of customer support, interacting with first responders and public safety staff to improve their experience with our products.

Responsibilities include providing excellent support, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with engineering, and assisting in testing new features. This role requires 2+ years of software support experience and familiarity with Zendesk/JIRA, MS Office, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software support.
• Fearless approach to technology and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of issue tracking systems (Zendesk and/or JIRA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with Windows and MacOS.
• Weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support.
• Handle requests from customers via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and replicate software issues.
• Escalate issues to engineering and project management teams.
• Assist in testing of new features.
