Job summary

• 10+ years of professional experience in program management, business operations, or similar strategic roles.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Software organization's OKR process, ensuring alignment with company goals and partner organization needs.
• Oversee onboarding, on-site meetings and training materials for software teams.
• Manage and resolve escalations around deadlines, misalignment or resource gaps.
• Own the strategy for communication within the Software organization and with the broader company.
• Align, publish and maintain the org strategy for government and other sensitive missions.
• Champion organizational culture by ensuring company values and mission are embraced.
