Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Requirements Analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate customer needs and KPIs into scalable, actionable software designs and system architectures.
Software Delivery & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end software solution delivery, including blueprint design, scope definition, budgeting, development, testing, deployment, and client training.
- Ensure solutions are delivered with high quality, efficiency, and alignment to customer objectives.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage client engagement throughout the project lifecycle, setting expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Partner closely with R&D and technical teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication.
Client Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
- Provide guidance, technical expertise, and training to internal teams and customers.
- Support successful system adoption and long-term utilization of software solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies within warehouse automation.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to continuously improve solution capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop and leverage collaborative internal relationships to drive the creation of new, marketable solutions and service offerings.
- Partner with Delivery, Sales, Support, Solutions & Engineering teams to bring differentiated capabilities to clients.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
Required Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in software solution delivery, architecture, or implementation, including experience supporting overseas or global software delivery.
- Prior experience in the warehouse automation or logistics technology domain preferred.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise software solutions, including reporting, dashboards, database design, API integrations, and system interoperability.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), and ERP system integrations.
- Ability to design solutions aligned with customer success KPIs.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting, with working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, JSON, Git, and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Understanding networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewall concepts.
- Proven capability in business requirements analysis, solution design, software configuration, system integration, testing, end-to-end implementation.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with customers, executives, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of performing well under pressure.
- Fluent English (working language), with Chinese proficiency preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
