Job summary

Hai Robotics USA seeks a Robotics Engineer to join a growing team focused on warehouse automation. You will work hands-on with hardware and automation systems, including AGVs, AMRs, and related infrastructure, to deploy and optimize deployments across the United States and beyond.

You will troubleshoot, test, and integrate solutions in fast-paced environments, collaborating with project managers and customers to ensure reliable, scalable performance and long-term system health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field.
• 1–2+ years of experience with AGV, ACR, or AMR implementations and deployments.
• Familiarity with WMS integration, PLCs, and industrial networking.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate hardware (robots, servers, conveyors, scanners, etc.).
• Conduct hardware and systems testing using scripts and standard validation procedures.
• Support software testing and WMS integration during deployments.
• Provide on-site support and collaboration with project managers and customers.

Hai Robotics USA is looking for a Robotics Engineer to join our growing team!

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in warehouse automation systems—such as AGVs, ACRs, or AMRs—and a strong foundation in troubleshooting, testing, and integration. We work in a fast‑paced environment where engineers take part in implementation, testing, and on‑site support for automation solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers and customers to ensure smooth deployments and long‑term system performance, both in the U.S. and internationally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Hardware Configuration & System Implementation

• Configure and integrate hardware (robots, servers, conveyors, scanners, etc.)

Testing & Technical Validation

• Conduct hardware and systems testing using custom scripts
• Perform integration tests and resolve technical issues
• Support software testing and WMS integration

Customer & Deployment Support

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience

Required Experience

• 1–2+ years of experience with AGV, ACR, or AMR implementations
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with WMS integration and PLCs
• Experience with Linux/UNIX and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and routers

Preferred

• Professional safety certification such as CSP, ASP, or CHST
• Knowledge of SQL and systems integration
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps practices
• Background in warehouse or logistics operations

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Willingness to travel (up to 80%)
