Job summary

Hai Robotics is transforming warehouse automation with scalable, customer-focused robotic systems. The role focuses on designing, analyzing, and validating simulation and emulation models to evaluate performance and drive operational efficiency across ASRS, AMRs, and other material-handling solutions.

You will partner with global teams to validate system performance, optimize layouts, and support both pre-sales and project delivery activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience developing simulation models or supporting warehouse automation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain discrete-event simulation and emulation models to evaluate performance and efficiency of ASRS, AMRs, ACRs, and other systems.
  • Support pre-sales, solution design, and project delivery with low- to high-fidelity models.
  • Collaborate with global teams to validate system performance and optimize layouts; provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Interpret simulation results and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create technical reports and customer-facing materials explaining methodologies and results.
  • Participate in customer meetings and solution validation discussions to support business development.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to validate equipment specs and system configurations.
  • Deliver tasks on schedule with high quality and confidentiality.
