Job summary

PassiveLogic is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape the roadmap behind the world’s first autonomous building platform. You’ll translate building-domain needs into actionable plans and align multidisciplinary teams around customer value.

You’ll balance long-term strategy with near-term releases, remove roadblocks, and partner with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions for building professionals in a rapidly scaling AI-driven company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program, product, or project management.
• Professional experience with buildings, HVAC, mechanical systems, building automation, or a closely related field.
• A technical or engineering background, including a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating product roadmaps and leading complex, multidisciplinary engineering initiatives.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to thrive, adapt, and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps, structure complex initiatives into clear workstreams, and guide engineering teams toward development and release goals.
• Use your buildings and HVAC expertise to inform product decisions and identify gaps.
• Remove roadblocks and maintain momentum with data-informed decisions.
• Translate domain needs into priorities, user stories, test cases, and deliverables.
• Shape the user experience with end-to-end product roadmaps balancing design, feasibility, and timelines.
• Partner with UI/UX and engineering to create clearly documented product designs.
• Communicate plans, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging building technologies for opportunities to enhance products.
