Job summary

Scale Microgrids is seeking a Software Product Manager to build and improve internal software used by teams designing and deploying microgrids and data center energy solutions. You will drive internal AI adoption and lead cybersecurity initiatives.

This lean, hybrid role is ideal for a PM who can ship across workstreams, engage with internal users, own roadmaps, and partner with engineering and design from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B.
• Strong AI fluency and ability to apply AI in products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple product areas.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity considerations for software.
• Comfort with lean, multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from discovery through launch with clear problem framing and prioritization.
• Develop deep understanding of internal users through research and engagement.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap across concurrent workstreams.
• Make product decisions based on user research, ROI, and feasibility.
• Partner on software strategy and leverage discovery insights.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and run regular progress touchpoints.
• Drive internal AI adoption and integrate AI capabilities.
• Coordinate ISO certification efforts with external consultants.
• Provide demos and training for product releases.
• Contribute to PM standards and improve processes.
