Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to build and own Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio—the data, environments, and evaluations frontier labs use to train and measure security capability in their models.

This is a build role, defining strategy and standards for a product line that does not yet exist. You will own the roadmap across training data, RL environments, task suites, and evaluation products, working with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specs, grader

Qualifications

• Real cybersecurity work such as vulnerability research, fuzzing, reproducer development, patch analysis, malware analysis, or incident response.
• 5+ years in product management, technical program management, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Understanding AI-for-security evaluation landscapes and related benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio across training data, environments, and evaluation products.
• Define the capability map we train and measure against, including vulnerability discovery and patch generation.
• Decide where Scale competes across offense-defense, and what to build vs. measure.
• Partner with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specs and grader design.
• Drive the infrastructure roadmap for reproducible vulnerability images and sandboxed execution.
• Own responsible-development posture with containment and disclosure processes.
• Establish governance for data quality, license hygiene, and release management.
• Recruit and steward a network of practitioners and design quality controls.
• Own external partnerships with open-source benchmarks and academia.
• Collaborate with frontier labs and enterprise customers to align roadmaps with GTM.
