Job summary

Scale Microgrids is seeking a Software Product Manager to build and improve internal software used by teams designing and managing microgrids and data center energy solutions. The role also drives internal AI adoption and steers cybersecurity initiatives, reporting to Staff Product Manager, with a hybrid schedule from the New York City office near Union Square.

You will lead product discovery through launch, develop deep knowledge of internal users, maintain a clear roadmap, and make ROI-driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in a B2B software environment.
• Strong AI fluency and ability to ship across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery through launch across multiple products.
• Understand internal customers via direct engagement.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap and manage concurrent workstreams.
• Make product decisions based on user research and ROI.
• Champion AI adoption within products and across teams.
• Coordinate releases, demos and training for users.
