Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to build and own Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio—data, environments, and evaluations used to train and measure security capabilities in frontier models. This is a build role defining strategy and standards for a product line that does not exist yet.

You will collaborate with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specs, grader design, and verification, driving an end-to-end roadmap from sourcing to first external release.

Qualifications

• Real cybersecurity work background: vulnerability research, fuzzing, reproducer development, patch/root-cause analysis, exploit development, malware analysis, red-teaming, detection engineering, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio across data, environments, and evaluation products.
• Define the capability map for training and measuring vulnerabilities, PoC reproduction, patch generation, and secure review.
• Decide where to build, measure, or decline capabilities across offense-defense spectrum.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specs, graders, and verifiable rewards.
