Job summary

Scale Microgrids is seeking a Software Product Manager to build and improve internal software used by teams designing, deploying, and managing microgrids and data center energy solutions. You will drive internal AI adoption and steer cybersecurity initiatives, reporting to our Staff Product Manager with a hybrid schedule from our New York City office near Union Square.

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience in a B2B environment with end-to-end ownership.
Strong AI fluency and ability to apply AI across workflows.
Excellent communication to manage diverse internal stakeholders and translate technical needs.

Responsibilities

Lead products from discovery through launch, prioritizing features with engineering and design partners.
Develop deep understanding of internal users via direct engagement and research.
Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap across multiple workstreams.
Make product decisions grounded in user research, ROI, and technical feasibility; define outcomes.
Drive internal AI adoption and integrate AI capabilities into products.
Coordinate with IT/Engineering on cybersecurity priorities and ISO-related activities.
Provide demos and training to users during releases.
