• Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract development and execution for licenses, training programs and consortium agreements.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Contracts, General Counsel, Credit, Export Control, IT, and licensing teams.
• Interface with domestic and international clients, resellers, and government offices to resolve licensing and payment issues.
• Identify improvements to licensing procedures, documentation, and internal processes.
• Develop, draft, review, and negotiate software licensing and consortium agreements to ensure compliance.
