• Requires a Bachelors degree in Business, or related degree with directly relevant experience.

• Experience with government contracts and subcontracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontract needs, issue RFPs, determine flow down requirements, negotiate and issue subcontract awards.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals, perform cost/price analysis, market research, and negotiations of terms and conditions.
• Approve subcontract invoices and monitor progress, plans, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARs, 2 CFR 200 and Institute policies.
• Maintain auditable business documentation and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
