Job summary

Mirion Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineer II, Software Integration Engineer (Contract to Hire) to support deployment and configuration of security solutions for critical infrastructure.

You will work under the Project Engineering Lead across TSSEP phases, owning defined areas, delivering compliant, high-quality systems. The role emphasizes design reviews, requirements control, and hands-on integration tasks, including testing, installation, and collaboration with vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in application design, implementation, and installation of real-time control systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks across the full project lifecycle per TSSEP.
• Follow SIS ISO, CMMI policies and procedures on projects.
• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with high-quality interactions.
• Own projects and communicate blockers clearly.
• Contribute to design reviews (PDR/CDR) and RTM activities.
• Assist in system installation, configuration, and integration on projects.
• Prepare test result documentation and support testing phases.
