Job summary

Mirion Technologies is seeking an Engineer II, Software Integration Engineer to support the SIS team in deploying and configuring security solutions for critical infrastructure. You will follow TSSEP, own project areas, and deliver quality, compliant systems.

Responsibilities include requirements, design reviews, software changes, installations, testing, and TRB participation. Travel up to 25% and this is a full-time, in-office position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 5 years of relevant experience if no degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; 5 years if no degree.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them.
• Experience with real‑time computer‑based process control systems.
• Experience in systems integration and SDLC phases.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks across the full project lifecycle per TSSEP.
• Follow SIS ISO, CMMI, and software policies and procedures.
• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with high-quality interactions.
• Own projects and communicate blockers clearly.
• Contribute to design reviews (PDR/CDR) and RTM reviews.
• Implement software changes per DCFs/CRs and align with design.
• Participate in installation, configuration, and integration.
• Support testing, verification, and test documentation.
• Prepare CRs and TRB inputs; support milestone reviews.
• Travel up to 25% and work on onsite installations.
