Job summary

Mirion is seeking a Sr. Software Integration Engineer to support the SIS team in deploying security solutions for critical infrastructure.

The role demands expert software integration across the full project lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and release. The candidate will work autonomously in unstructured environments, applying first-principles thinking and engineering judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in systems integration across full software lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in unstructured environments with sound engineering judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead project tasks across the full lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, testing, release).
• Collaborate with PELs and team, driving progress with minimal direction.
• Own end-to-end process areas, identify risks, propose solutions with PEL.
• Build strong customer relationships delivering high-quality interactions.
