Job summary

Tyler Technologies in Colorado is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Records Management software implementations. You will partner with clients and internal teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex software projects. Travel to client sites may be required, and PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with software implementation project management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience.
• Solid experience leading implementation teams and managing budgets.
• PMP certification pursuit or willingness.

Responsibilities

• Develop the implementation project plan outlining scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead client communications and coordinate resources and timelines.
• Track project activity, hours, and milestones; report progress.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests with stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time project delivery and successful handoffs to support.
