Tyler Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Records Management team in the United States. You will lead software implementation projects from kickoff to closure, coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and proactive client liaison. Travel 10–25% is expected as projects span multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with software implementation project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills with client partners.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop the implementation project plan and kickoff meetings with clients and staff.
• Coordinate resources and monitor scope, schedule, and budget across projects.
• Lead delivery of client software and services with accountability for outcomes.
• Guide clients through release planning and milestone reviews.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
