Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Tyler software for new and existing accounts from contract signing through transition to support. This role emphasizes on-time delivery within scope and budget for products like Enterprise Justice and Jail Manager suites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience as an software implementation project manager.
• Experience applying PMP principles is a plus.
• Software life cycle and enterprise software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from contract to transition.
• Develop the implementation project plan and conduct kickoff meetings with clients and staff.
• Manage resources, schedule, budget, risks and scope to meet commitments.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and acceptance.
