Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Records Management team.

You will lead software implementation projects for client organizations, develop detailed plans, manage scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate a cross‑functional team to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software implementation project management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a willingness to pursue PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with software implementation project management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience.
• Ability and willingness to obtain PMP certification and maintain status after certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and start implementation projects with kickoff meetings and define scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate resources to meet project needs and manage risk, time, and cost.
• Guide release planning and track project activity and hours.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams; report status and issues.
• Travel to client sites (10–25%) as needed and ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
