HARMAN International seeks a transformative leader to head the Software Products Growth & Strategy organization. You will align strategy with multi-year revenue, EBIT, and pipeline plans while steering investments across PM, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy.

• Set vision, operating agenda, and performance expectations for the Software Products Growth & Strategy organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior functional leaders across Strategy, Portfolio Management, OPDM/Pre-Sales, Solution Management, Customer Success/Program Mgmt, Pursuit & Account Management, and Partner Strategy.
• Set software-first commercial agenda and translate strategy into 5YP revenue, EBIT, pipeline, GTM, and investments.
• Foster a collaborative, values-led environment where leadership enables teams to own outcomes and deliver exceptional results.
• Own multi-year revenue and GTM plans aligned with key Automotive priorities.
• Drive market intelligence to anchor product and investment decisions in customer trends and where Harman can win.
• Lead portfolio/investment steering with PM, Eng, Finance, and Strategy; tie budgets to revenue potential, margins, differentiation, and feasibility with KPI dashboards.
• Deliver revenue realization across regions via pursuit strategy, pipeline and forecast management, and executive deal escalation.
• Oversee solution management and pre-sales to ensure requirements, credible solutions, RFX responses, pricing, SOW scope, and alignment with product direction.
• Protect and expand revenues via account management and customer success, including renewals and extensions.
• Chair KPI-oriented governance including reviews, pipeline governance, and investment forums.
• Represent Software Products in cross-BU forums to secure resources and remove barriers.
