The role requires rigorous analysis, senior stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering strategic outcomes in automotive or technology sectors. Hybrid work arrangement and broad global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, business, or economics discipline.
8–10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, or related fields.
At least 3 years leading cross-functional project teams.
Industry experience in automotive, mobility, semiconductors, or tech strategies.
Strategic thinking, commercial and financial acumen, and analytical problem-solving.
Experience with portfolio strategy, market sizing, and investment evaluation.
Ability to translate analysis into clear strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

Develop multi-year strategy, priorities, and portfolio choices.
Lead cross-functional strategy initiatives addressing key challenges.
Structure ambiguous problems and synthesize quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Build external perspective via benchmarks, networks, customers, partners, and competitive intelligence.
