Job summary

HARMAN in Novi, Michigan seeks a senior leader to head the Software Products Growth & Strategy organization. You will drive a software-first agenda, align Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal, CAMs, and Sales, and own multi-year revenue, pipeline, and go-to-market plans.

The role requires 25+ years in automotive software or enterprise software growth, executive presence to influence stakeholders, and experience guiding cross-functional teams through transformation.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of progressive hands-on leadership experience in automotive software or enterprise software growth.
• Ability to lead senior functional leaders and global, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong financial ownership and governance across revenue planning, pricing, and investments.
• Experience guiding complex software pursuits, RFQ/RFX strategy, and executive customer engagement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, strategy or finance; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, operating agenda, and performance expectations for the Software Products Growth & Strategy organization.
• Lead executives across Strategy, Portfolio Management, Pre-Sales, Solution Management, and Customer Success.
• Translate strategy into multi-year revenue, pipeline, and GTM plans with KPI dashboards.
• Govern governance forums, roadmaps, budget, and resource decisions to accelerate profitable growth.
• Represent Software Products in cross-BU forums and align resources to remove barriers.
