This global role drives revenue realization, governance, and strategic partnerships across regions, with a strong software-first focus.

You will lead a distributed team, set cross-functional priorities, and align budget, investments, and go-to-market plans to win in the software market while collaborating

Qualificações

• 25+ years of progressive leadership experience in automotive software or enterprise software growth.
• Ability to lead senior functional leaders and global teams through transformation and change.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsabilidades

• Set vision and operating agenda for Software Products Growth & Strategy as the growth engine.
• Lead leaders across strategy, outbound product management, pre-sales, solution management, and customer success.
• Translate strategy into multi-year revenue, EBIT, pipeline, and GTM plans across regions.
• Govern KPI dashboards, governance forums, and resource decisions tied to revenue potential.
