Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to lead full-cycle sourcing for software engineering roles in Charlotte, NC. You will identify, engage, and assess candidates through phone/video interviews, while partnering with hiring managers to refine role requirements and candidate profiles.

You will build talent pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, and drive offer negotiations, market benchmarking, and branding efforts to attract top tech talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Software Engineering or Technical recruiting.
• Proven experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and related technical positions.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Strong ability to assess technical talent and communicate effectively with engineering leaders.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality software engineering talent.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, networking, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess technical qualifications and fit.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, cultural alignment, motivation, and compensation expectations.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Make informed recommendations regarding candidate progression throughout the interview process.
• Lead offer negotiations, including compensation discussions, start dates, and counteroffers.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks.
• Drive overall recruiting funnel strategy, including sourcing channel effectiveness, conversion rates, and process optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and talent communities.
• Contribute to employer branding by communicating the company’s mission and value proposition.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
