Job summary

The Judge Group in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will source and screen top talent for our clients using industry tools and our ATS, while building a robust candidate pipeline.

You'll conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person, perform reference checks, negotiate pay rates, and collaborate with clients and our compliance team to streamline onboarding.

• Perform thorough reference checks.
• Negotiate pay rates.
• Interact with client meetings and our compliance onboarding team.
