You will recruit for software, systems, aerospace, electrical and mechanical engineering roles, with exposure to Secret through TS/SCI+ environments, in a fast-paced market with significant earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, agency or technical preferred.
• Exposure to engineering, Aerospace and Defense, or government contracting environments.
• Demonstrated success engaging highly specialized or hard-to-find talent.
• Competitive, performance-driven mindset with strong client and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for software, systems, aerospace, electrical and mechanical engineering roles, including cleared environments (Secret through TS/SCI+).
• Partner with leading organizations to deliver specialized engineering talent and drive delivery outcomes and revenue growth.
