Job summary

KORE is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a dedicated engineering team delivering on a multi-track roadmap for a product area. You will own planning, scheduling, and execution across complex, large-scale projects and mentor engineers to grow their careers.

You will collaborate with product leaders and senior management to align delivery with strategic priorities, advocate for customer needs, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions through strong technical judgment and agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated engineering team delivering on a multi-track roadmap.
• Own planning, scheduling, and execution of medium-to-large scope projects.
• Define, delegate, and track project work with visibility to senior management.
• Collaborate with product managers on feasibility, estimation, and design.
• Drive process improvements in software development and deployment.
