Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or STEM with relevant experience or higher degrees.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with software systems leadership.
- Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Ability to mentor, communicate upward and downward, and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Functional management of ~8–10 software engineers across programs.
- Conduct performance assessments, staffing, and employee development.
- Lead technical design and ensure high-quality software lifecycle execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align schedules and deliverables.
- Manage time and resources amid multiple programs and responsibilities.
