Job summary

You will collaborate with software, systems engineering, test automation, DevOps, and systems test to meet contract requirements, mentor staff, and provide functional management while travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in STEM with required related experience.
• Leadership experience in Agile environments (Product Owner/Scrum Master).
• Experience with full SDLC.
• Experience with real-time or mission-critical software.
• 4+ years in C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10-20 person team through SDLC in Agile.
• Plan, execute, and deliver software products to meet contract needs.
• Report Agile metrics and EVMS status to IPT leads; manage risks.
• Collaborate across software, systems engineering, DevOps and testing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring; perform functional management.
