Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and at least six years in operations.
• Experience in management within the financial services industry.
• Ability to plan, assign, monitor and lead multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs human resource management activities, including identifying performance problems and approving remedial action.
• Plans, assigns, monitors, reviews, evaluates and leads the work of subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Coaches and mentors staff and approves development plans.
• Prepares and presents operational budgets for the assigned area.
• Interprets and applies changes to organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of current business strategies and coordinates with other areas.
• Develops processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely reporting.
