Job summary

Raymond James seeks a Software Engineering Technology Associate Director to lead the Client Access core engineering team, delivering secure, scalable digital client experiences. You will partner with Product, Architecture, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate priorities into reliable solutions.

This hybrid role requires three office days per week, with at least one Monday or Friday. You will coach engineers, manage delivery, and guide incident response and production support

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology experience including leadership or tech-lead roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Financial services experience with client-facing digital platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with Product, Architecture, and stakeholders.
• Lead projects through the SDLC using Agile practices and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee in-house and vendor solutions, including vendor coordination and implementation planning.
• Develop engineers, coach teams, and build a culture of trust and accountability.
• Manage production support, incident response, and risk remediation.
