Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Manager 3, Software Engineering to build and lead the Sales Tech team within DGX. You will hire and grow engineers, set technical direction with PEs/DEs, and deliver reliable systems powering seller workflows across IES, GBSG, Mailchimp, and TurboTax.

You will own the AI Agent roadmap, partner with product and sales leadership, ensure end-to-end delivery, scale services, and promote responsible AI practices. Prior lead-to-cash domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building web or data-intensive apps with 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong OO language experience and distributed systems design judgment.
• Experience shipping AI/ML capabilities to production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and grow a software engineering team.
• Set technical direction with senior engineers across pillars.
• Own AI Agent roadmap and cross-channel workflow automation.
• Translate business priorities into a cohesive engineering plan.
• Ensure reliability and auditability of revenue-critical systems.
