Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Manager 3, Software Engineering within the Sales Tech team of the DGX organization. You will architect, lead, and scale AI-enabled platforms supporting BDR/AM workflows, partnering with PE/DEs to set direction across data, forecasting, and quotes.

You'll hire and mentor engineers, deliver high-velocity yet reliable software, and collaborate with Sales leadership to translate business priorities into engineering plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building web, software, or data-intensive apps, incl. 3+ years leading software teams.
• Strong OO language background (Java/J2EE or C#) and distributed systems exposure.
• Experience shipping AI/ML features to production; familiarity with CRM or lead-to-cash is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and grow a software engineering team focused on revenue-critical systems.
• Set technical direction with PEs/DEs across data, pipeline/forecasting, and quoting/automation.
• Own AI Agent roadmap and integration of models to automate BDR/AM workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to align roadmap with business goals.
• Ensure reliability, auditability, and performance of enterprise-grade services.
