Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management leadership experience.
• 8+ years leading multiple complex technology-focused programs.
• Experience driving programs across multiple business units.
• Excellent leadership and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence across matrix organizations and provide strategic guidance.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in product or customer data integration platforms is a plus.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own Technical Program Management for IDX Platform initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of programs aligned with IDX Platform domains.
• Build trust and drive change across Intuit organizations.
• Partner with the product delivery team to unblock and guide program teams.
• Develop a program structure and operating rhythm across cross-functional teams.
• Drive roadmaps and execution plans across planning to launch.
• Collaborate with executives, product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify issues and dependencies and drive to closure.
• Communicate results clearly and actionable.
• Balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Report progress, risks, dependencies, and change control.
• Create an environment that recognizes and motivates teams.
• Establish order amid ambiguity and chaos.
• Influence others to achieve outcomes.
• Anticipate setbacks and work through them independently.
• Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate planning and decision support.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on AI platform programs as a fluent partner.
• Model AI-first building: show how LLMs and automation can speed the team.
