Job summary

PwC is seeking a Program Manager in the Advisory practice to lead software and product innovation initiatives, coordinating end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams. You will apply disciplined project planning and modern development practices to drive client value.

You will mentor teams, oversee engagement accounts, and leverage AI technologies to deliver scalable solutions while maintaining PwC's integrity and client focus. PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 credentials are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial engineering program management experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering program management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee software project planning activities, develop project plans, and manage the full project lifecycle.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while aligning with client needs and managed services objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and identify tech-enabled improvements.
• Oversee development and integration of enterprise apps using platforms like Appian, Mendix, OutSystems.
• Mentor junior staff and promote adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies.
