ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead an in-house development team building web applications and a custom platform. You will shape how the team operates, champion AI-driven development, and collaborate with an AI-focused unit to plan future initiatives.

• Experience working directly with product managers.
• Willingness to work on site in Birmingham, AL, 8-5.
• Experience managing through a front-end framework migration (e.g., Angular to React) or similar modernization effort.
• Exposure to using AI tools to accelerate development work.

Compensation

Up to $160,000, depending on experience + bonuses
