MeridianLink, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for delivering scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions while guiding technical implementation across the team.

The role blends hands-on engineering with mentorship, technical leadership, and collaboration across product and platform initiatives. You will lead the implementation of complex systems, influence architecture and modernization efforts, and mentor engineers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
• Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core and modern application frameworks
• Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives
• Strong backend and frontend engineering experience
• Experience with AI development tools and methodologies
• Experience with cloud-native application development
