Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking an accomplished engineering leader to shape how a mature organization builds, modernizes, and delivers technology. This hands-on role drives people, processes, and innovation while leveraging responsible AI.

You will lead an in-house team, with relocation and strong bonus opportunities, working onsite in Birmingham, AL from 8 to 5. The position offers direct-hire employment, a 10% annual manager bonus plus a year-end bonus, and a clear path toward Director-level

• Proven software engineering management background.
• Direct management experience over software developers/engineers.
• Ability to remain technically credible with code.
• Experience partnering with product management.
• Willingness to work onsite in Birmingham, AL (8–5).
