Qualifications

• Six+ years of technology engineering experience.
• Three+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead and uplift software engineering capability.
• Drive automation-first approach within Technology teams.
• Coach teams on Lean, agile, and DevSecOps principles.
