Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience delivering technology-enabled business solutions and transformational change.
• Demonstrated experience in technology analysis including business transformation planning, requirements management, and test automation.
• Education: Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS or related field preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Technology certifications or designation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hiring, compensation and performance management of their team.
• Oversees quality of work delivered by Technology Analysis professionals and addresses quality issues promptly.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provides leadership to achieve software delivery goals through digitalization and automation.
• Analyzes complex technology solutions and related metrics.
• Oversees customer journeys and capability roadmaps related to technology analysis.
• Conducts technology planning bridging strategy with execution.
• Establishes and tracks KPIs for technology investments and business value.
• Translates complex outcomes into solution requirements.
• Manages the complete requirements lifecycle from idea through implementation.
• Acts as an analysis expert and facilitates sessions with visual techniques.
• Provides leadership for quality engineering across products and platforms.
• Uses quality engineering tools to define test data, automation, security, performance needs.
• Coordinating release testing efforts across all phases of the lifecycle.
• May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
