Job summary

Core Specialty Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive AI/ML enablement across the organization. You will start hands-on, building data pipelines on the data platform, then lead the engineering effort and governance frameworks for AI/ML capabilities.

You will partner with Data Governance, Data Engineering, and Product teams to establish AI/ML frameworks, tools, and standards, and to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong data engineering fundamentals with analytics platform experience.
• Proficiency in Python and software engineering practices (testing, version control).
• Experience delivering AI/ML enablement initiatives and MLOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and platform components for analytics and AI/ML use cases.
• Own complex engineering initiatives from design to rollout with minimal oversight.
• Shape and implement MLOps strategies, including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
