Qualifications

• Education: BS in computer science, MIS, mathematics or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as CSM, CAL, AWS Practitioner encouraged but not required.
• 6+ years of technology engineering experience; 3+ years of management preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed environment; vendor management and partnerships helpful.

Responsibilities

• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices across the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage software engineering capability uplift and coaching.
• Foster innovation to advance engineering practices and value.
• Coach teams on Lean, Agile, DevSecOps and automation.
• Identify insights from metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive automation-first approaches within Technology teams.
• Consult on forming and optimizing agile teams and staffing; manage capacity.
• Lead all aspects of associate management including performance and development.
