Responsibilities

• Lead and manage personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
• Mentor a team of software engineers and oversee backend Java services and APIs.
• Drive technical design, architecture, and delivery; manage risks and dependencies.
• Interface with federal customers and stakeholders; support production issues.
