Qualifications

• 4+ years as an IC with progression into a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and coach software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of a portfolio of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and business leaders to shape roadmaps and tradeoffs.
• Drive engineering excellence with best practices in software development, testing, deployment, security, and DevOps.
