Job summary

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and growth of the company-wide customer data platform. You will work with engineering, product squads, and leadership to shape a roadmap that unlocks value across Ramsey’s products.

You will lead discovery, translate findings into concrete requirements, and influence priorities without formal authority, keeping a steady cadence of communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or closely related field.
• Ability to talk to stakeholders at all levels and translate conversations into direction.
• Experience building and testing product hypotheses with real users.
• Comfort leading without formal authority and challenging plans.
• Disciplined discovery mindset focused on customer needs over assumptions.
• Ability to explain complex platform value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
