Job summary

Ramsey Solutions is seeking an engineering leader to own the technical vision for Ramsey Connect, an AI-assisted pro directory. You will partner with product and design to set direction, hire and grow the team, and remain hands-on when helpful to ship high-impact features.

You’ll drive architecture decisions, balance AI leverage with human judgment, and advocate for scalable design systems and robust backend data models. This is a senior leadership role with a strong product impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading engineering teams for consumer-facing web products.
• Experience shipping AI-augmented development workflows and tooling.
• Ability to write code when needed and communicate technical strategy to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision for Ramsey Connect and map Ramsey principles to vetted pros.
• Lead a small, high-velocity squad and hire, mentor, and manage the engineering health.
• Set product direction with the Senior Director of Product and align with executive leadership.
• Balance AI leverage with careful human judgment to protect product quality.
• Drive architecture decisions across design systems, routing, and data models.
