Job summary

Triton Claim Management is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain internal software applications, data infrastructure, system integrations, and reporting solutions that support operations.

The role collaborates with stakeholders to deliver scalable technology, improve data accessibility, and drive innovation through automation and AI-enabled tools, with remote or hybrid options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field, or equivalent.
2–5 years of full-stack software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
Advanced SQL skills with MS SQL Server.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Experience in Windows Server environments.
ETL pipelines, data warehousing, or BI solutions.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain internal web apps with C#/.NET.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases and pipelines.
Build and support integrations with claims platforms like FileHandler (JW Software) and Trackops.
Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and integrations.
Develop ETL processes and data warehouse infrastructure.
Create BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Research and support AI/ML tools to enhance operations.
Document processes and configurations.
Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Perform additional duties as needed.
